2. Service Overview

Our service operates as follows:
- Users purchase restoration tokens through our secure payment system
- Users upload their photos to our platform for processing
- We process photos using AI restoration technology (primarily through Replicate's image restoration models)
- Users receive download links to their restored photos
- Download links expire 1 hour after processing completion

3. Token System and Payments

- Our service uses a token-based payment system where each photo restoration costs 1 token
- Tokens are purchased through secure Stripe payment processing
- Tokens do not expire and remain in your account until used
- All sales are final - we do not offer refunds except as outlined in Section 6
- Pricing is displayed clearly during the purchase process

4. File Processing and Download Policy

- Uploaded photos are processed using third-party AI services (Replicate)
- Processing typically takes 10-30 minutes depending on image complexity and queue length
- Download links for restored photos expire exactly 1 hour after processing completion
- It is your responsibility to download your restored photos within this timeframe
- We are not responsible for photos that are not downloaded before expiration
- Original uploaded photos are permanently deleted from our servers after processing

5. User Responsibilities

- You must provide accurate contact information, including a valid email address
- You are responsible for downloading your restored photos within the 1-hour window
- You warrant that you have the right to upload and restore the photos you submit
- You may not upload inappropriate, copyrighted (unless you own the rights), or illegal content
- You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes

6. Quality Guarantee and Refunds

- While our AI technology is highly advanced, not all severely damaged photos can be restored to satisfaction
- If our system determines a photo cannot be adequately restored, we will refund the token used
- Refund requests for quality issues must be submitted within 24 hours of processing completion
- We reserve the right to determine what constitutes acceptable restoration quality
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days

7. Privacy and Data Security

- We take your privacy seriously and handle all data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- Uploaded photos are encrypted during transmission and storage
- Photos are automatically deleted from our servers after processing and download link expiration
- We never share, sell, or use your photos for any purpose other than restoration

8. Service Availability

- We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
- Service interruptions do not entitle users to refunds unless specifically outlined above

- We do not claim any ownership over your photos or restored images
- You grant us a limited license to process your photos solely for restoration purposes
- This license terminates when we delete your photos from our servers

10. Limitation of Liability

- Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service
- We are not responsible for photos lost due to failure to download within the expiration period

11. Prohibited Uses

- Do not upload photos that violate copyright, privacy, or other legal rights
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer or abuse our AI processing systems
- Do not use automated tools to upload large volumes of photos
- Do not share or resell your account access or tokens

12. Changes to Terms

- We may update these Terms from time to time
- Users will be notified of significant changes via email
- Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms
